About the Event

The WASDA Fall Meeting & Partnership Forum (November 9 – 11, 2026) includes committee forums, contact table appointments, and several opportunities for networking and building meaningful connections. Committee forums are the best opportunity for distributors and manufacturers in the underground water, sanitary, and storm sewer industry to meet and discuss trends, critical issues facing the industry, and more. Members also have the chance to enjoy a relaxed, informal atmosphere during the welcome reception to catch up with fellow members and spot some new faces in the WASDA crowd.

  • The fee per person is $975.00. After the early bird deadline, all registrants are $1,025.00 per person.
  • The Early Bird rate is automatically applied until Friday, August 28th. 
  • Spouses/Guests are individuals that do not work in the industry.
  • Individuals must be employed by a WASDA member company to register and attend the WASDA Fall Meeting.

Registration Tips

To register for the WASDA Fall Meeting & Partnership Forum, you will need your WASDA login credentials.

  • Your username is your email address associated with WASDA.
  • If you do not remember your password, please select "Forgot Password" to reset your password.
  • If you are a new user/member and do not have WASDA login credentials, please contact our office at the below information to set up a profile.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations received by Friday, August 28th, 2026, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after August 28th. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to [email protected]. Please allow thirty (30) days for the processing of refunds. 

If the event cannot take place due to reasons of Force Majeure, WASDA will provide monetary credits for registrations fees purchased in 2026 for this event. 

 

Payment

Payment is accepted via online payment, a mailed check, or by fax. The following credit cards are accepted by WASDA: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Payments by check can be mailed to WASDA at 800 Roosevelt Road, C-312, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.

 

Safety Guidelines Consent

WASDA is committed to your safety and comfort at the WASDA Fall Meeting & Partnership Forum (November 9 – 11, 2026) and will adhere to the guidelines and restrictions set forth by the State of Indiana, the City of Indianapolis, and the JW Marriott Indianapolis at the time of the event. By registering as an attendee, I agree to abide by these guidelines and any restrictions.

 

Photography & Video Recording Consent

Photography and video recording will be used throughout WASDA Fall Meeting & Partnership Forum 2026 and at related activities. Registration and attendance at and/or participation in Fall Meeting & Partnership Forum or other activities constitutes an agreement and consent by each registrant or participant for WASDA and/or its licensees to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the image, likeness and voice of each registrant or participant (or family members) in photographs, videotapes, printed material, electronic reproductions and audio recording that are taken or recorded at such event or related activities.

Contact Table Sessions

The Partnership Forum allows member companies the opportunity to schedule “one-on-one” time with existing and potential customers and vendors, which are called “Contact Table Sessions.” Both Distributor and Associate members are responsible for scheduling appointments on their own. Distributor companies will host 15-minute appointments at their tables. Associate members will move throughout the ballroom to conduct meetings. Appointments can be double or triple booked in advance if both parties agree.

If your company is participating in the Contact Table Sessions, please do the following:

  1. Download the 2026 Contact Table Appointment Card by clicking below.
    • WASDA has developed an Appointment Card to assist in scheduling appointments. Each company should download and complete this Appointment Card to avoid double bookings.
  2. Contact companies to schedule appointments. Members are responsible for scheduling appointments on their own.
    • The Registrant List, including each company’s Primary Contact for scheduling appointments, is sent out weekly to official registrants.
  3.  Distributor members only: Indicate your company’s need for a table(s) during the registration process.
    1. Please request 1 or 2 tables.
    2. Access to the Exhibitors Services Kit will be posted here closer to the event. Please check back soon!
  4. Look for further communications on the Contact Table Sessions.

If the group rate is no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all of your dates.

Check-in is currently at 4:00 PM Central. Check-out is currently at 11:00 AM Central.

Cancellation Policy: There is no cancellation fee for reservations that are cancelled 48-hours prior to the arrival date and a cancellation number is obtained. Rooms cancelled within 48 hours of check in will incur a late cancellation fee which is equivalent to one night room and tax. Double-check the hotel’s cancellation policy at the time of your reservation as these policies are subject to change.

Travel Information

The preferred airport for travel to Indianapolis, Indiana is as follows: Indianapolis International Airport approximately 14 miles (18 minutes) from the hotel and downtown Indianapolis.

 

Check flight options accordingly. Note that ground travel times will vary pending time of day and traffic patterns between the airport and the hotel. Please plan accordingly.

Parking at the JW Marriott Indianapolis is available for an additional fee. For WASDA Attendees, there is a ten (10%) discount on prevailing, self-parking rates (based upon garage availability). Current rates are $64/night for self-parking.
