Reimagine The Future
Presenter: Shawn Kanungo
We’re entering an extraordinary era where AI will make waterworks operations faster, smarter, and more efficient than ever before. Yet as technology accelerates, the expectations of customers, regulators, and communities continue to rise. The organizations that will thrive aren’t the ones with the flashiest tools - they’re the ones that master the balance between intelligent automation and unforgettable human experience. This is about trust. Shawn Kanungo delivers a bold, contrarian view of the near-term future. He illustrates how water organizations can harness disruptive technologies while simultaneously elevating the human experience - internally for teams and externally for the public. In an AI-powered world, Shawn argues, the true competitive advantage for the industry is not just efficiency - it’s trust. Drawing from the frontlines of innovation, Shawn Kanungo reveals the counterintuitive approaches that turn market turbulence into transformative opportunity. His practical yet provocative roadmap shows leaders how to embrace uncertainty, experiment at scale, and build organizations that thrive on change.
