About the Event

The WASDA Fall Meeting & Partnership Forum (November 14 – 16, 2022) includes committee forums, contact table appointments, and several opportunities for networking and building meaningful connections. Committee forums are the best opportunity for distributors and manufacturers in the underground water, sanitary, and storm sewer industry to meet and discuss trends, critical issues facing the industry, and more. Members also have the chance to enjoy a relaxed, informal atmosphere during the welcome reception to catch up with fellow members and spot some new faces in the WASDA crowd.

Contact Table Sessions

The Partnership Forum allows member companies the opportunity to schedule “one-on-one” time with existing and potential customers and vendors, which are called “Contact Table Sessions.” Both Distributor and Associate members are responsible for scheduling appointments on their own. Distributor companies will host 15-minute appointments at their tables. Associate members will move throughout the ballroom to conduct meetings. Appointments can be double or triple booked in advance if both parties agree.

If your company is participating in the Contact Table Sessions, please do the following:

  1. Download the 2022 Contact Table Appointment Card by clicking below.
    • WASDA has developed an Appointment Card to assist in scheduling appointments. Each company should download and complete this Appointment Card to avoid double bookings.
  2. Contact companies to schedule appointments. Members are responsible for scheduling appointments on their own.
    • The Registrant List, including each company’s Primary Contact for scheduling appointments, is sent out weekly to official registrants.
  3.  Distributor members only: Indicate your company’s need for a table(s) during the registration process.
    1. Please request 1 or 2 tables.
    2. Access the Exhibitors Services Kit here!
  4. Look for further communications on the Contact Table Sessions.

Travel Information

The preferred airport for travel to Indianapolis, Indiana is as follows: Indianapolis International Airport approximately 14 miles (18 minutes) from the hotel and downtown Indianapolis.


Check flight options accordingly. Note that ground travel times will vary pending time of day and traffic patterns between the airport and the hotel. Please plan accordingly.

Parking at the JW Marriott Indianapolis is available for an additional fee. For WASDA Attendees, there is a ten (10%) discount on prevailing, self-parking rates (based upon garage availability). Current rates are $50/night for self-parking.
